Lead Times

As a hire company working in events and productions we understand the importance of quick turnaround times. So, we aim to hold a good stock of most product lines, but in the event we don't have enough stock for your requirements off the shelf we can generally source more stock in the below lead times.

Any orders received that cannot be fulfilled within the approximate expected lead times below will be contacted with updated lead times and can be cancelled if not required.

Lead times vary throughout the year due to supplier workload, so please check this page for current lead times.

Power Cables

We carry all the components required to make any of the adaptor or extension cables available on our site. Generally, small quantities of 1-10 are available immediately, whilst orders over 10 are made to order and have a 1-3 working day lead time before dispatch depending on our current workload.

Power Distribution Units

Lead times for popular distro lines are normally 1-3 working days depending on supplier stock, with distros made to order having a lead time of around 5-10 working days before dispatch.

Festoons

Lead times for additional stock festoons or custom festoons are normally 3-5 working days before dispatch.

Lamps

Lead times for almost all lamps are normally 1-2 working days before dispatch.
